Terms of Service
TowAdmin Pro provides administrative and deadline-tracking tools. Customers remain responsible for legal compliance, data accuracy, driver qualifications, vehicle safety, and obtaining permission to upload personal information.
Privacy
The service processes company, employee, vehicle, contract, document, account and audit information only to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. TowAdmin Pro does not sell personal information.
Data security
The pilot includes company membership checks, server permissions, private files, audit history, rate limits, and backup verification. HTTPS is configured through the deployment proxy. Managed encryption at rest, external monitoring, and off-server recovery remain deployment work.
Customer rights
Authorized company owners may request data export or deletion subject to legal retention, fraud prevention, dispute, and backup-expiration requirements.
